Everything we encounter has an energy. We feel it when we meet people, when we try out a new restaurant, when we see a new TV series or movie, or when we read a book. We have learned that 90% of buyers’ purchase decisions are based on emotion rather than logic. This is their emotion in relation to the energy of something. For example, a salesperson desperate to make a sale may provide “needy” energy that makes the buyer go in the opposite direction, or a thought leader with a quiet confidence that attracts people.
Sheevaun Moran, often referred to as “the spiritual warrior for business growth,” sees energy as inextricably linked to our business. Your new book, Secret energy patterns of all successful companies, covers exactly that. Moran and I joined forces to learn more about this fascinating idea of what makes businesses successful, and here is what I learned.
The founder determines the energy of a company
When a company is first started, it arises from the energy of the founder or visionary. Therefore, all energetic imbalances within the founder can affect the company – and the same applies if several founders or people come together. “These energetic patterns come from the founder, the top management team and the board of directors. Problems can arise when there is an energy conflict,” said Moran. When an idea first takes shape, it is in the control of the founder. Moran noted that the organization has long fueled the founder’s energy and has a direct role in the company’s longevity.
“When the energy of the individual or group is cohesive and clear, the company can thrive much more easily. When the individual or group has different visions, the time it takes for the end results to be fulfilled becomes more delayed, ”noted Moran. Because of this, it can be important to have a trainer if problems arise in the beginning.
Even more Interestingly, health problems in the founder’s life can also affect the business – due to the energetic imbalance. “I once worked with a client who had technology that was out of this world, but whose physical and mental health was so exhausted that they put the company on a board of directors so they wouldn’t have to face the day. After we worked on the founder’s health, he was able to take the company back and make it extremely profitable to sell, ”Moran mused.
Corporations also have chakras
“Chakras are the body’s concentrated energy centers. We have large and small chakras in our energetic body systems. When a chakra is not working properly or is blocked, disease is more common, ”says Moran. “Our well-being at all levels can influence the chakras and is influenced by them. When we feel depressed, we may not be taking in the maximum amount of energy for our needs. “
The energy we hold flows into our business and is felt by our customers. Hence, it is important to deal with it on purpose.
Find your optimal energy
To incorporate this knowledge into your awareness, Moran recommends working with a coach or participating in energy healing often, even if you don’t currently believe there are imbalances.
“As the founder goes through the process of turning his vision into a reality, of course, internal and external programs that were established earlier in life begin to rise. These energetic patterns arise from fears and are located in the energy body, in the DNA and in the unconscious, ”explained Moran.
It is true that once we begin to experience success or an advantage outside of our comfort zones, there can be a crisis of confidence or other problems. Gay Hendricks discusses exactly this in his bestseller, The big leap. His terminology for this is the “upper bound problem” when things get a little “too good” and there is a tendency to self-sabotage. But sometimes the sabotage also comes in the form of external events.
At the very least, it is an effective way to learn more about how your energy is in sync with that of your company, and to assess possible imbalances or disturbances in yourself or with your business partner in order to achieve more success in your life and that of your company.
